EVFAC Rental Equipment

Rental Policy at EVFAC: 06/26/2024: We are currently evaluating our rental policy with staff members and the EVFAC board. This policy may be changed and/or updated within the next few months. Please check back here for the most up to date information for our center’s Rental Policy. 

Current Rental Policy 06/26/2024: 

Rentals can be made by members only. Rental arrangements must be made at least 1 week in advance of the desired studio date. Please expect a 2-3 day response time for the request. All rental reservations are made by Debbie Harris, EVFAC manager. Debbie is at the center Thursday-Saturday from 10am-5pm. She is not obligated to make rental arrangements outside of those hours. It is best practice to use the forms on the rental pages, found through the “Request” buttons below, not by calling the center. 

Follow these steps to rent equipment:

1. Have a few dates in mind for your rental period. 

2. Check the Rental Equipment Availability calendar below and see which dates are available. If you are a new member/renter we request you only rent on Thursdays, Fridays and/or Saturdays from 10am-5pm when we are open. 

3. Click the “Request” button under the equipment you’d like to rent and fill out the form. 

4. In 2-3 days we will follow up with you and confirm the dates of your request.

5. Once your payment is processed, we will put you on the calendar.  

Studio Agreements:

EVFAC and its staff will not tolerate misuse of equipment. Your rental privileges may be revoked for leaving the center in a less clean state than it was found before you entered the facility. 

EVFAC and its staff will not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior. Rental privileges may be revoked if you do not operate in a cooperative, respectful matter. This is in regards to both staff and fellow members of the center. 

If you are using equipment after hours, it is your responsibility to throughly clean the rental space you have used (returning it to the state it was in before you rented it), turn the lights off, return the heating or cooling to the way you found it upon arrival, and fully secure the outside doors. Please be aware: We now have cameras installed around the outside perimeter of the center in order to provide safety and surveillance for our members and staff.
