Indigo Dye Workshop with Dain Daller

Students in this course learned to use the most magical of natural dyes! Local artists Dain Daller teachers students to make their own workable Indigo Vats! In this one day seminar students are guided through the process, step by step, once as a group and once individually.

Students were able to get comfortable with the concepts and processes, dying cloth, fiber, or yarn the many shades of blue that indigo has to offer. Students repeated the process one on one with the instructor, enabling participants to leave the class with the skills and knowledge to dye with Indigo on their own at home!
