About Hari Kaur: Hari Kaur has loved and lived in Espanola since 1972. She has always been interested in and loved doing all handicrafts especially weaving spinning beading and now anything to do with paper. Hari lived in Japan with her family for 2 years when she was two years old, and the beauty and subtle culture of Japan has always stayed with her. She started learning Origami about 20 years ago, mostly just for gift giving and fun. In 2015 for a few years she taught origami at the Chimayo Senior Center and also to children at the Boys and Girls Club in Chimayo and everyone had a lot of fun. She also enjoys teaching the children at her Sikh community in Sombrillo. Hari would love to share the joy and fun of Origami to anyone who would like to learn.
